POLICE REFORMS WATCH is a coalition of concerned citizens who have been working to catalyse demand for better policing in Maharashtra. It is based in Mumbai. The coalition first came together in 2013 and since then, its members have been meeting regularly to discuss the status of police reforms in the state and have held several workshops and public meetings.
